Make a list you can actually finish
Turn a vague intention into a few visible next steps.
Name the next action
“Sort everything out” is hard to begin. “Collect the three documents” is easier to act on. Write checklist items that start with a concrete verb and describe something you can recognise as complete.
Keep the first version small
Start with three to five items. Separate a large task into steps only when doing so makes the next action clearer. The checklist accepts up to 100 items, but a useful list can be much shorter.
Work through the list
Mark a completed item using its checkbox. The progress display shows how many items are complete. Remove an item if it no longer belongs, or clear completed items when you want a cleaner view. Clearing an item removes it from the current page session.
Take a copy with you
Use Copy list or Download .txt before closing the page. The downloaded file is plain text with a marker for each completed item. This website does not store your list or sync it between devices, and it cannot recover a list after a reload.
