Your session, your pace
Enter a whole number from 1 to 120 minutes. Start begins a session. Pause holds the remaining time, Resume continues it, and Reset returns to the selected duration. Changing the length resets the session.
While you work
The timer continues in the background while the page is open. A sleeping device or suspended browser can delay display updates; it catches up when the page runs again. There are no notification permissions, sounds or external alerts.
A convenience timer
At zero, the page displays Session complete. This is a lightweight planning aid, not a safety-critical timer. Closing or reloading the page resets the session.
